FIT Welcomes New President

It is with pleasure that the Federation of International Touch (FIT) announces the appointment of Erick Acker (France) as FIT President through until AGM 2015, as well as the appointment of two new FIT Board Directors: Mel Mallam from Switzerland (legal and international sport expertise) and Angela Calder from Australia (sport development and international sport expertise).

It is with pleasure that the Federation of International Touch (FIT) announces the appointment of Erick Acker (France) as FIT President through until AGM 2015, as well as the appointment of two new FIT Board Directors: Mel Mallam from Switzerland (legal and international sport expertise) and Angela Calder from Australia (sport development and international sport expertise).

Unfortunately Tracy Molloy and Mark McLaughlin have resigned their roles due to other commitments, passing on their best wishes for the future success of FIT members, the FIT Board and the sport of Touch.

The Federation is now calling for EOI for two new director positions with a FIT Board advised preference for an NZ director (regional diversity), and an Asian, African, American or Oceania director (regional diversity) with business, financial, marketing and promotion skills and / or international sport / political expertise.
