As Executive Secretary, Gwynne provides support to the Board of Directors and assists in the general administration and management of the Federation of International Touch. The responsibilities of the Executive Secretary include the management of meetings, agendas, minutes, incoming enquiries and the distribution of correspondences to responsible Board Members and Chairpersons.

Gwynne has been involved with the sport of Touch for over thirty years, starting off as a player, and also became involved as a referee, coach and presenter. In addition, Gwynne has been employed by both the Queensland Touch Association (QTA) and Australian Touch Association (now known as Touch Football Australia) for nearly twenty-five years, making her an experienced and excellent administrator.

Her various roles has given her the opportunities to meet many "touchies" of both genders, players from school age to open grades to mature age, coaches, referees and officials from different countries and backgrounds, - all involved because of their love of sport of touch. Gwynne has watched Touch grow from those small "gatherings of interested players" years ago to the large Associations we have now at all levels (local, state, national & international) and for her, it is particularly exciting to see the "children" of those original players, now playing touch themselves with their parents and in some instances grandparents proudly encouraging them on as the sport of touch expands locally, nationally and worldwide.

Gwynne is a Life Member of the Gold Coast Touch Association.
